Freeze! Blart has the right to justify the arrest of a citizen!

Kevin James’ warm humor will fill the void in our hearts as cake does for him in this family comedy. With the help of his co-stars; antagonist Kier O’Donnell and love interest Jayma Mays, this feature film will offer an entertaining evening for the whole family.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop will make the whole house laugh.

In this somewhat romantic comedy, Kevin James shows that love is strong enough for all sizes. With Jayma Mays as her love interest, she also shows that love isn’t just about appearances. This movie offers nothing we haven’t seen from our leading man already, as he continues to stick to romantic and light comedies once again. After Hitch and Now I declare them Chuck and Larry, your ability to contribute to an audience of members of all ages is truly appreciated. However, it would be nice to see something a little different than the great teddy bear that is Kevin James.

Jayma Mays is featured on her first big hit since Epic movie and it’s finally something we can appreciate. She shows compassion for all the characters in this movie and it is something that is not seen often, especially in a materialistic world like the bear. Meanwhile, Kier O’Donnell’s appearance in the film is his first as the lead. All I can say for him is “E for effort”. He makes a valiant effort to play someone who is supposed to be cruel and scary. For me, it didn’t meet my needs as a spectator. The only positive response from Kier is that he offers funny expressions of “what?” and “huh?”

Paul Blart: Mall Police is the story of an aspiring cop who has to settle for being a mall cop. For years he has tried to run as a police officer, but has failed due to being overweight and hypoglycemic. Paul Blart (James) begins to fall in love with a new employee at the mall, Amy (Mays), who works at a hair accessories kiosk. Dealing with disrespect from everyone around you; clients and employees, he turns to Mays for friendship and maybe more. After a hard day’s work with new security officer Vick Sims (O’Donnell), he realizes that the mall has been taken hostage by a robbery.

Ready to evacuate, Blart notices that Amy’s car is still in the parking lot, indicating that she is still inside the mall and perhaps in danger. Blart decides to take action and attempts to rescue all possible hostages when the worst prevails. The mall has been taken over by new security officer Sims along with his henchmen who are trained in acrobatic skills and the ability to take down anyone who gets in their way.
