In Part 1 we identified a physical component and a mental component as two key factors to consider in any strategy designed to take control of our health. In Part 2, we look specifically at the mental factor and what kind of strategy we could use to reprogram the subconscious mind.

So first let’s reset the position…

# While the barriers to taking control of our health may seem primarily related to the physical state of the body, they are also psychological in nature. In fact, it seems likely that we have somehow turned off our ‘good health button’.

# We do not pay enough attention to the power of the subconscious mind to influence the state of our health.

# Without realizing it, we have been deeply conditioned to accept ill health and aging as an inevitable and normal part of life.

Let’s explore this last point a bit more…
Marketers discovered long ago that the best way to sell health products was by promoting the symptoms of ill health and aging. Then there are the health authorities who routinely release shocking statistics telling us how likely we are to get cancer, diabetes, heart attack, etc. It’s no wonder we think we can’t escape. Add to that our friends and relatives who keep showing up because of one thing or another and the ‘well-meaning’ ones who tell us it’s not our fault we’re sick; in other words, it is out of our control.

Then there is us! Arguably we are the biggest culprits of all. Most of us practice what can best be described as “health folly.” Whether it was Benjamin Franklin or Albert Einstein or both, they defined insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” I like to use the term “health craze” to characterize most of us’ attitude toward our health.

We do the same old things, we treat our bodies the same way, we have the same old thoughts, and yet we expect our health to improve or at least stay the same. What we need is a strategy that can help us escape the trap of ‘health madness’ by ‘automatically’ changing our thinking and the way we do things, so that we can take control of our health.

As you can no doubt imagine, the conditioning we receive can be an extremely powerful block to achieving lifelong health. No matter what we try to do on a conscious level for our health, buried in our subconscious is the ‘fact’ (as far as our mind is concerned) that sooner or later aging and declining health will catch up with us.

The obvious solution is to reprogram the subconscious mind. However, that is not so easy to do because the subconscious mind quickly identifies any hint of doubt that we may harbor. What that means is that in any course of action unless we believe:

# We absolutely want the result;

# We are able to achieve the desired result;

# The desired result will be achieved,

then it won’t happen. This may explain, at least to some extent, why approaches such as the use of positive thinking, affirmations, and, for that matter, taking pills, don’t seem particularly successful in restoring and maintaining long-term health.

So the bottom line is that to improve our health we have to satisfy the subconscious mind. We need to know without a doubt that we are in total control of our health, to know with certainty that we can create any level of sexual health and satisfaction. We wish.

Arguably the most powerful way this can be achieved is through action and reward. This means that if we really want to take control, all the techniques we use must be things to do and not things to simply contemplate. Equally important is the fact that the techniques must produce rewards that are so powerful that they reinforce and develop the belief that you are in control of your health.

In short, the preferred strategy is to put you directly in charge of your health by reprogramming your subconscious mind through action and removing uncertainty through strong positive outcomes. That said, there are few, if any, approaches that can compare in power to the experience of taking control of your health, the thrill of incredible potential, and the exquisite sensual pleasure gained through active and informed exploration of her body.

The success of the strategy lies in the fact that the techniques used can produce such gratifying and noticeable results that the user cannot help but be convinced of the control he has over his health. Once they experience that fact, any messages about the inevitability of ill health and aging that may be stored in their subconscious mind will be erased.
