Today I’m going to tell you how you can be a better putter. And you might be wondering how you are going to save me money, right?

Well, if you’re a better putter, you won’t lose as many bets on your golf buddies and you’ll be less likely to want to go out and buy a new one every year or every few months. Makes sense right?

Okay so how do you become a better putter? As with most things in life, it’s really quite simple, it won’t take you long, and I can virtually guarantee that if you do this, you’ll be a better putter.

So, let’s get on with that now. Okay, let me paint you a picture of what is likely to happen to you with your game and how this little technique will make a difference for you. So if you have a medium to high handicap, you usually don’t hit that many greens in regulation, and often when you do, you’re a long way off the pin, right? So that puts a fair amount of pressure on your putter and you should avoid all three putts at all costs to lower your score and avoid shooting in the 90s.

This technique is very simple and makes perfect sense. Grab 5 golf balls and go to a green. Instead of throwing from long distances and trying to get the ball closer, take all 5 balls and drop them about 5 feet from the hole. Now practice putting the 5 balls from 5 feet and doing it from all angles around the hole. To maximize your results, you should do this 20 times in a practice session so that you practice 100 putts. Keep track of how many times you putt with all 5 balls, and obviously try to make as many as you can within 100 putts. Bring a sheet of paper and simply keep track of how much you earn.

Now you’re probably wondering how this really helps me, right? Think about it. How many of his three putts come from a radius of 5 feet or so? I’d be willing to bet, most of them. So what you’ve done is essentially broadening the range of your putting ability by practicing 100 five-foot putts and gaining more confidence. So now, instead of feeling pressure when you walk on the green to get that close, you have a “dame”, you will feel more confident that even if you leave it 5 feet short or 5 feet long, you know that you can make the next putt. . because you’ve practiced that putt over and over again. Obviously, the more you do this exercise, the more you track your results, the more you’ll improve.

So now when you walk to a green, you are not thinking that I have to get this close, so I don’t make three putts, now you are walking to the green saying I can hit this 5 feet from the hole and it still goes with a 2 putt and, in the worst case, a bogey. Do this 5-7 times in a round and now you’re in your mid-80s pretty easily.

So there you have it. Now you can be sure that you will get better scores in a matter of days if you do this simple exercise. It shouldn’t take more than 30 to 45 minutes each time. In fact, I would suggest doing this exercise instead of hitting balls on range. Seriously, does your swing change that much? No, you are hitting the ball at the same distance, in the same direction that you have always been. Go to the green and save your shots there, plus you will be less tired when you get home.

I hope you found this information as a way to improve your game and help you have more fun or even earn more money if that is what you want to do.

I look forward to sending you more information to assist you in your quest to be the best golfer possible.

For your success in golf,

Nick
