Every man has what is known as an ejaculatory reflex. When we talk about training to eliminate his ejaculation problem, we are talking about training or retraining his ejaculatory reflex.

If you can work to control this reflex, then you are well on your way to sexual health. This process can be done alone or if you just want to share everything with your partner, by all means include them, if only for support.

If you are dealing with premature ejaculation, then you know that ejaculation is a reflection that once a certain level of stimulation is reached, the rest is history as you will ejaculate. Controlling that reflex requires the man to know his body, know his responses, and know the level of stimulation needed to find that place of no return before he wants to.

There are a series of muscles in the pelvic floor that run from the anus to the pelvis and it is these muscles that contract when you ejaculate. They propel ejaculation forward, so if you can learn to control these muscles, then you can control your ejaculation.

This is not an overnight solution, like any workout, it will take time and practice. In women it is called Kegeling and you can do the same. The first thing to do is find your PB muscles. The easiest way is to urinate and stop the flow. It is the muscle you used to stop the flow that is the muscle you want to train and control.

To begin a Kegel exercise, forcefully contract the same muscle you just found and hold it for five seconds. Exercise your breathing while doing this and never hold your breath. After holding the contraction, release and rest before doing another.

You need to work up to 400 kegels per day and it’s pretty easy since you can do them anywhere and no one will know.

Breathing is important to the ejaculatory response. Most men reach a point and want to hold their breath. This is a mistake and you will lose control. Try instead taking a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, slow and easy.

The last part that needs training is the head of the penis. You need to teach him not to be so sensitive and when he is stimulated you need to practice keeping his abdominal muscles relaxed. But first you have to learn not to jump too far when rubbing the head of the penis. You can use desensitizing sprays or creams to help at first or you can rub it in and work so that you don’t get aroused. So rub and stop, rub and stop. This will help decrease sensitivity.

So now you have three techniques that will help you with your premature ejaculation problem. Time and patience at this point are helpful, but the goal is worth it.
