Appearance
The phone comes in a slim and hinged design, giving it a truly retro effect on the viewer. The entire chipset of the phone is protected by a sleek plastic body that gives it a toy-like appearance. The rear side body of the phone is made of rubber like plastic, and in an overall appearance, the phone gives the feeling of its distant cousin, the T-series. It is because, the pink Sony Ericsson W350i is also adorned with retro design base, with hinged lid.
The retro shift mobile is powered by a processor from the ARM9 family which gives it an appreciable processor speed of about 126 Mhz, and you can count this as a phenomenal processor speed for an entry-level set like this. And furthermore, there is no reported lag when running Java applications or navigating through mobile tools. Although the mobile offers only a meager free internal user memory of 14 MB, the memory can be expanded to 512 MB using the M2 card slot.

The standard 900 mAh lithium-polymer battery in the mobile set does it all for playing music and taking photos. The phenomenal battery gives the user 12-14 hours of playback time. This is too much for a mid-range phone.
