Healthy John Dory Fish and Chips Recipe

One of the most popular dishes among my family and friends is fish and chips, but the problem is how unhealthy it is, with a lot of fat trying to clog your arteries. This recipe attempts to address that problem by giving you a healthy John Dory recipe to serve with French fries.

It’s also one of the fastest and easiest recipes in the world!

Put the fillets in a saucepan with boiling water and a splash of white wine. Leave it for the amount of 5 minutes or so until it crumbles easily and is cooked through.

In the meantime, grab a packet of McCains Microwave Potato Chips (or if you prefer, grill some low-fat potato chips; I use the microwave ones because they limit my quantity and I have the specific weight checkpoints for it) and cook according to directions. .

When there are 3 minutes left for the fish, put a tomato.

When the fish is ready, serve it on a plate with the tomato, the French fries and a couple of pickled onions; add salt and pepper and voila. A simple way to cook delicious and healthy fish in 5 minutes that adapts to any diet.
